The full weekly tuition is $1,095. Balances remitted in full by May 1 receive a $100 per week tuition discount. This is the best deal that we offer. Also due by May 1 are fees for instrument or linen rentals or any combination deals that have been pre-arranged with the directors. In addition to the $100 discount, it is possible to include the multi-week, band or family discount (below).
An initial deposit of $395 per week is due April 1. This deposit should be sent along with your enrollment form and can be sent as early as January 1; it will hold your placement.
We cannot guarantee a placement if you change your scheduled weeks after May 1. Any changes must be cleared with Chet Makowski or Greg Wright. If the need arises, please contact them as soon as possible.
Regardless of any discount, enrollment is not guaranteed until the total balance is received. No one will be admitted unless the balance is paid in full.
Multi-week discounts are available to anyone staying more than one week. We do accept enrollment all summer, and sometimes kids want to stay a second week. If there is an opening, they are enrolled on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability for that particular instrument or band type. Our multi-week discount is $35 per week.
Band discounts are offered to campers that enroll to play in the same band. There must be at least three musicians enrolling to qualify. Remember that one of our staff musicians will be joining this band to oversee the rehearsals and to perform where needed (as in the case of a band member not being able to attend Summer Music Programs). This would be a $35 per week, per band member discount. Please contact Greg Wright to receive this discount; we would need to know the names of everyone and which instruments they play in advance of sending enrollment. Two family members that want to join as a band can qualify for the family discount (below).
Family discounts are offered to any brothers or sisters attending. We realize that they do not always wish to play in the same band because of age or differing tastes in music. That is not a problem, we still offer the $35 per child, per week discount. This will not be combined with the band discount, it is offered as an alternative only.
